Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30 pm ages 10-14

This course will cover both in-studio and natural light topics.  We will explore what it means to connect with your subject and how to avoid mistakes that can cost you that perfect shot.  This course will cover basic camera settings, with a primary focus on learning the art of Photography. We’ll cover lighting, posing, setup, composition, and editing with a focus on creative shooting and defining one’s individual style.  Students are encouraged to bring their own camera. We will focus on DSLR cameras as a general rule, but any digital camera can be used for this class.  If a student does not have a camera, there will be opportunities to shoot within the class, so this can be a great opportunity for first time students. This is a 4-week course that will build on itself, so it will be important to attend each of the four weeks to get the most out of the class.
